Luxury Ritz-Carlton hospitality at sea aboard intimate superyachts

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection brings the Ritz-Carlton hotel brand to the water, translating its service culture into small, superyacht-style vessels. It positions itself as casual luxury: all-suite ships with private terraces, a high space-per-guest ratio, relaxed dress codes and no formal nights, sailing yacht-harbor and coastal itineraries rather than big-ship ocean crossings.

Who The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is for

Affluent travelers who want Ritz-Carlton polish without cruise-ship formality, plus hotel-brand loyalists and yacht enthusiasts drawn to intimate ships. It suits couples and small groups who value space, a private-terrace suite and a low-key luxury tone; it is not a big-ship, activity-packed or family-focused product.

The fleet

A young fleet of three purpose-built superyachts. Evrima (2022) is the 624-foot debut ship with 149 suites for roughly 298 guests. Ilma (2024) is larger at 790 feet with 224 suites for up to 448 guests, and near-sister Luminara (2025) adds a third hull with 226 suites, defining the line's larger Ilma class. All are all-suite with private balconies/terraces.

The onboard experience

Dining

Multiple restaurants per ship with an emphasis on chef partnerships: Evrima's intimate S.E.A. is designed by three-Michelin-star chef Sven Elverfeld, while Luminara adds Beach House by Michael Mina and venues from Fabio Trabocchi. Casual options include Mistral (seafood and grills) and open-air marina and pool dining, plus 24-hour in-suite dining.

Entertainment & activities

Low-key and yacht-like rather than theater-driven, centered on the marina platform for water sports, live music, lounges and enrichment; there are no formal nights or large production shows.

Families & kids

Adult-oriented and intimate; there is a Ritz Kids program on select sailings, but the ships are not designed as a family cruise product.

What's included

Fares lean inclusive: suite accommodation, most dining, a personal concierge, premium Wi-Fi, 24-hour in-suite dining, a welcome bottle of Champagne and a provisioned mini-bar; some premium beverages, spa treatments and shore excursions carry a supplement.
