Seabourn is an American ultra-luxury line built around small, all-suite, all-ocean-view ships and a truly all-inclusive fare. It emphasises intimate scale, near one-to-one service and refined, unstuffy sophistication, and now spans classic ocean ships plus two purpose-built luxury-expedition vessels.
Affluent, experienced travellers - largely couples - who value personalised service, fine dining and a calm, sociable onboard feel over big-ship entertainment or waterparks. The expedition ships extend the brand to adventure travellers who still want luxury and comfort. Not designed for families with young children.
A fleet of seven small ships: the classic Odyssey-class trio (Odyssey, Sojourn and Quest, about 450 guests), the slightly larger Encore-class pair (Encore and Ovation, 600 guests) and two expedition ships (Venture, 2022, and Pursuit, 2023, about 264 guests). All dining is included with no surcharges. Signature venues include The Restaurant (main dining), The Colonnade and casual Earth & Ocean, plus Solis - a light, modern Mediterranean fine-dining concept that replaced The Grill by Thomas Keller across the ocean fleet in 2024 when the Keller partnership ended. Complimentary sustainable caviar is available on request, anytime.
Intimate rather than spectacle-driven: singers and dancers in a small show lounge, live music and a bar and nightclub scene, plus enrichment talks and guest experts (Seabourn Conversations). Its best-known moments are signature beach and deck events rather than big Broadway-scale productions.
